This is the Facebook App which handles the synchronization of the Palm Pre with Facebook. If you have set up your Pre to sync with Facebook, then you already have this app. The Facebook page also has a tab for user discussions, where you can post your questions and feedback.

I think that out-of-the-box Facebook sync is one of the features which places the Palm Pre way ahead of the other smartphones, even the illustrious iPhone.
