Group Spam Is Facebook’s MySpace Moment

I have had enough of Failbook Group spam. Today was the last straw, when I received yet another spam message from a group I never wanted to join, and was never able to figure out how to leave. Fuck it — I’m out, bitches!

Actually, I just deactivated my account. I also deleted the Facebook App that connects with thegeniusfiles.com site. I still have my Facebook Page, for whatever that is worth. But, I am really thinking hard about deleting the whole goddamn thing, as soon as I have the time to jump through all the hoops.

Remember when MySpace was the shit? Everybody loved MySpace, until Murder News Corpse bought it, raped it and left it dying on the side of the Information Superhighway (An event I refer to as the MySpace Moment). Now look at MySpace, what a joke. (Don’t actually waste your time going to look at MySpace — that was rhetorical! You’ll probably get a virus, or at least lose precious brain cells.)

Failbook Groups represent Failbook’s MySpace Moment — the moment when The Next Big Thing went into the crapper. That sucking sound is your privacy flushing down the toilet.
