Sign the letter to tell senators: health care can’t wait!

The word in the media is that Obama’s attempt at creating a public health care option is losing support in Congress and the Senate, supposedly over concerns about costs. Funny how when their rich (and welll-insured) banker buddies flushed the economy down the toilet, Congress fell all over themselves to see how fast they could throw good (taxpayer) money after bad in the largest bailout ever. But now, health care for the uninsured is “too expensive.”

What about the expense of higher infant mortality, premature death from treatable illnesses, lost work and and wages from untreated illnesses? Oh, right: it’s an economic crisis, some of us have to make sacrifices. Just not Congress, the Senate, or their rich banker buddies. They all have premium health care. Let’s see them give up THEIR health care to cut costs!
